Job Description

Team Lead/ Manager – Operations (Day Shift)

Location: 2nd Floor, Azad Trade Centre, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 14, Karachi

Job timings: 11AM– 8PM | Monday to Saturday | On-site

Robust Support & Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Operations to oversee our night shift team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity
• Supervise, mentor, and support a large team, ensuring performance targets are met
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance and operations reports
• Analyze data using advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, etc.)
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and quality
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless execution of tasks
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large teams (15–30+ members), including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working on-site in a night shift environment

Preferred Qualification Experience in retail or a customer-facing industry is a plus
