Job Summary:

Fulcrum – Our Client is looking for an experienced

HR professional

rotational shift environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations during assigned rotational shifts.
• Process payroll accurately and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems.
• Prepare and manage employee shift rosters.
• Supervise and coordinate labor/workforce management on-site.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Handle employee queries and routine HR matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with management and relevant departments on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in HR operations, payroll, attendance, and workforce management.
• Experience in a

  shift-based or labor-intensive environment

  will be preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of MS Office and HR/timekeeping systems.
