Role Description

The IELTS & PTE Instructor will deliver high-quality instruction to learners preparing for IELTS and PTE exams in an on-site, full-time role based in Faisalabad. Daily responsibilities include planning and conducting engaging lessons, explaining exam formats and requirements, and teaching test-taking strategies for listening, reading, writing, and speaking components. The instructor will assess learner performance through practice tests and assignments, provide constructive feedback, and track progress to help learners meet their target scores. The role also involves maintaining an inclusive, motivating classroom environment, updating teaching materials as needed, and coordinating with the counseling team to align language training with students’ study-abroad goals.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language, with the ability to work effectively with diverse learner profiles.
• Proficiency in IELTS and PTE exam formats, scoring criteria, and test-taking strategies, with experience preparing learners for high-stakes exams.
• Competence in Lesson Planning and Teaching, including designing structured, goal-oriented lessons and adapting methods to different proficiency levels.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with clear pronunciation and the ability to provide detailed, constructive feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are highly beneficial.
• Previous experience as an IELTS, PTE, or English language instructor in a classroom setting is preferred.
• Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and a learner-centered approach focused on measurable outcomes.
• Comfort using educational technology and digital resources to support instruction and exam preparation.
