Role Description The Machine Learning Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational activities across machine learning projects, including scheduling, task tracking, and ensuring smooth collaboration between data scientists, ML engineers, and delivery teams. The coordinator monitors project progress, maintains documentation, prepares status reports, and supports issue resolution to keep engagements on track and aligned with client requirements.

The position also involves assisting with stakeholder communication, organizing meetings, managing operational workflows, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives for ML pipelines and related processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret project data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and preparing clear updates and documentation.
• Operations management capabilities to coordinate workflows, prioritize tasks, and maintain project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service orientation to support client-facing teams, respond to inquiries, and contribute to a positive client experience.
• Administrative assistance skills for organizing meetings, maintaining records, and handling day-to-day operational support activities.
• Familiarity with machine learning or data-related concepts (not necessarily hands-on) and experience working in a technology or consulting environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., project management software, spreadsheets, documentation platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving project needs.

Key Responsibilities

The coordinator manages day-to-day operational activities for machine learning projects, including scheduling and task tracking. They ensure smooth collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders while maintaining project documentation and status reports.

Requirements and Skills
