Role Description The Instructor – ReactJS / Next.js / MERN role is a full-time ( Hyderabad, Sindh), on-site position based in the Hyderabad District. The instructor will design and deliver structured training sessions on modern JavaScript frameworks and the MERN stack, including lecture-based teaching, live coding demonstrations, and hands-on lab work. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, guiding students through assignments and projects, and providing individual mentoring and feedback to help learners master front-end and full-stack development concepts. The instructor will assess student performance through quizzes, practical evaluations, and project reviews, and will maintain accurate academic records and progress reports. The role also involves staying current with industry trends, collaborating with other faculty on curriculum enhancements, and supporting placement activities by helping students build portfolios and interview-ready skills.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of ReactJS and Next.js, including component-based architecture, hooks, state management, routing, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) for building, deploying, and maintaining full-stack web applications.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, and version control tools such as Git and GitHub.
• Ability to design clear, structured curricula, create engaging teaching materials, and deliver classroom and lab sessions for diverse learner groups.
• Experience mentoring or teaching in an academic or professional setting, with strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Comfort with assessing student work, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners with different skill levels and learning styles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
