Hiring – Order Booker – LDS Dx - Peshawar / Lahore / Rawalpindi

Job Purpose

The Order Booker will be responsible for promoting the

Core Pharma & IVD product portfolio to doctors

and generating/collecting orders from

medical stores, pharmacies, and healthcare outlets

within the assigned territory. The role will focus on regular market visits, customer relationship management, order booking, product promotion, and achievement of sales targets.

LDS Dx Product Portfolio

The incumbent will be responsible for promoting and generating orders for the following

LDS Dx products

:

• Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) Products

• Rapid Diagnostic Test Kits

• PCR Kits

• Viral Transport Media (VTM)

• Blood Collection Tubes

• Blood Glucose Monitoring (BGM) Products

• Core IVD Products

Other diagnostic products introduced under the LDS Dx portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit

  doctors, medical stores, pharmacies, diagnostic laboratories and healthcare outlets

  within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical store owners, pharmacists, doctors, and other relevant customers.
• Identify new medical stores, pharmacies, and healthcare customers within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams for timely order processing and delivery.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum

Intermediate/Bachelor's degree

; preferably in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a relevant discipline.

1–3 years of relevant experience as an Order Booker, preferably in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, medical device,

Key Responsibilities

The Order Booker is responsible for promoting the core Pharma and IVD product portfolio to healthcare professionals and generating orders from various medical outlets. They must maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Requirements and Skills

Candidates should hold at least an Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Life Sciences. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is preferred.
