Role Overview
We're looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who can grow our LinkedIn presence, identify potential clients, build relationships, and turn conversations into qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and publish LinkedIn content to build brand visibility and credibility.
- Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICP) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Manually engage with prospects through posts, comments, connection requests, and personalized messages.
- Manage outreach conversations, follow-ups, meeting bookings, and help convert leads into clients.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn organic growth, content strategy, personal branding, and B2B outreach.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospect research, and lead generation.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable creating visual content, using AI tools, and managing outreach independently.
Preferred: Experience in SaaS or IT services outreach, basic digital marketing knowledge, and B2B sales experience.
