About the Role

Cheezious is seeking a hands-on Manager Accounts with experience in the fast-food/QSR industry to manage end-to-end accounting operations for the North Region. The role requires practical expertise in ERP Systems / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance , inventory and food cost accounting, financial reporting, and monthly and annual closing. The candidate must be capable of independently executing accounting processes, not merely supervising a team or monitoring closing checklists.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting Operations: Manage sales accounting, cash and bank transactions, delivery-platform settlements, accounts payable, journal entries, and routine reconciliations.
• Procurement & Inventory Accounting: Manage the complete procurement-to-payment cycle, including purchase orders, GRNs, vendor invoices, inventory valuation, stock transfers, physical stock reconciliations, and supplier balances.
• BOM & Food Costing: Validate recipe/BOM costing, ingredient consumption against sales, food cost variances, wastage, spoilage, stock adjustments, and cost of goods sold; investigate and resolve material discrepancies with operations.
• Branch Profitability: Prepare branch-wise profit and loss reports, analyze food cost, sales, operating expenses, and budget variances, and identify cost leakage and profitability improvement opportunities.
• Financial Closing & Reporting: Independently execute monthly and annual closing, including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, inventory cut-off, subledger reconciliations, trial balance review, and preparation and finalization of financial statements.
• Taxation & Audit: Ensure compliance with applicable Pakistani tax requirements, reconcile tax records with ERP balances, prepare audit schedules, and resolve internal and external audit queries.
• Fixed Assets & Controls: Manage fixed asset capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals, and reconciliations; maintain effective accounting controls and resolve recurring ERP and process issues.

Qualifications & Required Experience

• ACCA/FCCA, CA Finalist, ACMA, or MBA Finance with relevant practical experience.
• Proven experience in a multi-branch fast-food, QSR, or restaurant business.
• Hands-on working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Fixed Assets.
• Strong practical expertise in inventory accounting, BOM costing, food cost analysis, financial statement preparation, and end-to-end month-end and year-end closing.
