IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for managing PTCL’s collection operations, banking arrangements, and treasury transactions to ensure timely fund realization, accurate financial reporting, regulatory and contractual compliance, and effective resolution of banking issues. It also focuses on optimizing cash flow, enhancing collection channels, and executing treasury initiatives to strengthen the efficiency, reliability, and security of the company’s financial operations.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Manage daily corporate collection operations, collection accounts, and banking channels to ensure timely fund realization, efficient cash conversion, and optimized collection processes.
• Ensure compliance with standing instructions, fund-routing requirements, and regulatory policies while maintaining accurate documentation, backup reporting mechanisms, and audit readiness.
• Resolve banking and transactional queries, reconcile fund inflows and outflows, verify refunds and reversals, and ensure accurate bank charges and financial postings.
• Maintain and review collection agreements to ensure updated documentation, compliance with legal and organizational policies, adherence to contractual covenants, and completion of periodic reviews.
• Ensure timely and accurate collection reporting, real-time monitoring of bank transactions, reduction of unidentified receipts, and secure integration of digital collection channels through H2H APIs.
• Execute treasury-related projects, special assignments, and ad hoc initiatives to support operational efficiency and the effective implementation of departmental objectives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• MBA, BBA, BSc Accounting & Finance, CA Part Qualified, Qualified ACCA, or Any Accounting Qualification.

Competencies:

• Hands on experience with Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Excel, Power point and Word
• Basic Data Analysis
• Problem Solving
