The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), operating under the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan, is mandated to develop and promote Pakistan’s Information Technology and IT-enabled Services (IT/ITeS) sectors. To drive export growth and position Pakistan as a globally competitive tech destination, PSEB is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for the following position on a contract basis.

4. Detailed Experience Requirements

To be eligible for this role, candidates must demonstrate the following:

• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience in digital communications, public relations, media relations, or a combination thereof, with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience managing social media channels, digital content calendars, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent platforms).
• Strong and established contacts across Pakistan’s media and digital landscape, including print, broadcast, digital publications, influencer networks, and content creator communities.
• Experience in managing communications and media activity around events, brand or platform launches, program activations, government initiatives, or trade delegations.
• Note: Candidates from the private sector, corporate communications, digital media, or entertainment industry are equally encouraged to apply.
• Added Advantages: Experience in crisis communications, reputation management, country marketing, and international PR.
