Position: Marketing Executive

Salary: PKR 90,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Executive to manage and improve our company's online presence, particularly on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Have a strong understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, content strategy, engagement, and audience growth.
• Plan and schedule engaging posts, knowing what type of content to publish, when to publish, and which audience to target.
• Coordinate with the Design, Sales, and Delegate departments to plan and publish relevant content.
• Prepare and distribute newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
• Develop monthly LinkedIn content calendars and marketing plans.
• Monitor LinkedIn performance, analyze insights, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and opportunities to improve brand visibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads.
• Knowledge of email marketing and newsletter tools.
• Experience in B2B social media marketing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and content-planning skills.
• Ability to develop practical strategies to increase engagement, followers, and business leads.
