- 5+ years of experience in paid social media advertising
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Proven experience in campaign planning, targeting & retargeting
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR & conversion tracking
- Experience in managing and optimizing significant ad budgets
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Google Ads experience will be a plus
- Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Manage budgets and improve campaign ROI
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
- Test creatives, audiences and campaign strategies
Key Responsibilities
The manager will plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to improve ROI. They are also responsible for analyzing performance data and testing different creatives and audience strategies.
Requirements and Skills
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in paid social media advertising with strong expertise in Meta Ads. Proficiency in campaign planning, budget management, and data analysis is required.
