Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's (4 Years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent in a related field (Degrees must be attested by HEC).

Age Limit: Up to 37 Years (05 years general age relaxation is already included in the maximum age limit).

Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in network operations.

Gender: Both (Females, Minorities, Transgender, and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply).

Key Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies

• Technical expertise in Layer 2/3 switches, Core Firewalls, WAF, and IDS/IPS.
• Manage routine operations and troubleshooting for Core network elements.
• Experience in network optimization, including bandwidth monitoring, QoS, health checks, SLA monitoring, preventive maintenance, and incident management.
• Oversee implementation, commissioning, and RMA processes for network hardware.
• Ensure physical infrastructure standards, including cabling and equipment mounting.
• Conduct redundancy testing, backups, and restoration verification.
• Implement information security tasks, including encryption and firewalling for assigned network elements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation (SOPs, IP schemes, engineering drawings, and manuals).
• Manage inventory, vendor SLAs, and coordination with audit, HQ, and other technical teams.
• Monitor network performance and provide 24/7 support, including shift work and weekend availability.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.

Terms & Conditions

1. Selected candidate will undergo a 6 months' probation period, extendable subject to performance.
