Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the scrutiny of Sanction Advice Facility / Offer Letter with reference to the Credit Approval Authority Booklet (CAAB).
- Provide operational support in the preparation of standard documentation, including Implementation Briefs (IBs) for SME and corporate customers.
- Provide structured support in preparing Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DAC).
- Supervise the registration of charge with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) through Bank Legal Advisers (BLA).
- Assist in conducting in-house verification visits of pledge sites and coordinate for arranging outsource inspection of pledged stocks.
- Input and update details in the core banking system regarding approved credit facilities, collateral securities, insurance, and other related covenants.
- Provide active support in monitoring allowed deferrals and follow up for the timely completion of deferred formalities within the stipulated timeframe.
- Monitor the expiry status of insurance policies of collaterals and stocks held by the Bank.
- Perform any other specialized assignment designated by the supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University, College, or Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Candidates holding a Master degree and/or relevant banking certifications will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 01 year of practical banking experience in Credit Administration (CAD) and/or Loan Processing.
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on the last date of submission of application.
- Skills and Competencies: Exposure to collateral and risk monitoring, sound knowledge of SME financing, credit administration, legal documentation, pledge operations, and proficiency in MS Office suite.
Terms of Employment and Selection Procedure
- Employment will be on a contractual basis for an initial period of three (3) years, renewable at the discretion of Bank Management.
- Candidates will be evaluated strictly based on the defined eligibility criteria. Shortlisted applicants will appear for a mandatory assessment test conducted through Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates followed by panel interviews.
- Selected candidates will be required to serve at their initial place of posting for a minimum period of three (3) years; no request for transfer will be entertained during this period.
