Educational / Professional Qualification: * Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
Candidates having Master's degree from HEC recognized university / institution will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 05 years of banking experience, preferably in leading commercial banks, out of which at least 03 years as Branch Manager and / or Branch Operation Manager and / or Relationship Manager or in a similar role.
Female Branch Managers who are on a career break (not more than 3 years) are encouraged to apply.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required: Sound knowledge of branch banking/operations, complete product knowledge, knowledge of compliance regulations (AML-CFT, SBP PRs), good business acumen, goal-oriented, good in dealing with audit issues, analytical skills, proven leadership, outstanding customer services skills, ability to communicate in simple and technical terms, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and team building skills.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities (Key Highlights):
Overall management of branch affairs, including consumer, liabilities, and wealth management business (Conventional & Aitemaad).
Meet with Existing to Bank (ETB) and New to Bank (NTB) customers for deposit generation.
Ensure high-competitive standard service delivery and resolution of complaints.
Execute the branch's annual business plan and focus on core deposit generation.
Manage attrition, implement cost-saving initiatives, and carry out performance evaluations.
Monitor internal controls for compliance and eliminate fraud/forgeries.
Stay abreast of market trends, provide support for new product launches, and manage administrative affairs.
Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, banking laws, regulations, and SBP instructions.

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities (Key Highlights):
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in account opening, deposit growth, and consumer financing.
Conduct daily customer/market visits (NTB and ETB)
Manage and grow deposit portfolio and handle liability portfolio
Identify attrition risks and take corrective actions.
Leverage prior experience with diverse customer profiles to offer suitable liability solutions and achieve cross-sell targets.
Maintain high service quality and resolve customer queries amicably.
Ensure Tail Management by activation of dormant accounts, Digital App, ATM.
Maintain MIS / business reports and ensure compliance with all banking laws, audit requirements, and SOPs.
Place of Posting: Gilgit, Gujranwala, Islamabad, Lahore, Sialkot, Sibi, Sukkur, and Swat.

Employment Type: Contractual basis, for three years (renewable on discretion of Management). Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and benefits as per Bank's policy/rules.
