Job Overview

National Bank of Pakistan NBP announces nationwide vacancies for dynamic sales and banking professionals in its Retail Banking Group. Opportunities are open for dedicated Relationship Managers across four specialized retail portfolios.

Vacant Positions and Portfolios

• Relationship Manager - Affluent Banking OG II and OG I: Manage high-net-worth individual client relationships, wealth management portfolios, and priority banking deposits. Locations: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi.
• Relationship Manager - Employee Banking OG II and OG I: Onboard corporate payroll relationships and employee banking accounts. Locations: Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, and Sialkot.
• Relationship Manager - Housing Products OG II: Generate mortgage leads, conduct developer tie-ups, and process housing finance applications. Locations: Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi.
• Relationship Manager - Institutional Deposits OG II and OG I: Mobilize high-volume institutional deposits from corporate and public entities. Locations: Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum 02 to 03 years of demonstrated sales experience in preferred banking, housing finance, or deposit mobilization.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and client relationship management.
