Open Positions and Qualifications

• Principal:
  • Qualification: MBBS with FCPS, PhD, or equivalent Level-III postgraduate medical qualification recognized by the PM&DC.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years PM&DC-recognized teaching experience, with at least 5 years as full Professor. Candidates with prior institutional administrative leadership experience as Principal or Dean in a recognized medical college will be preferred.
• Director Medical Education:
  • Qualification: MBBS with MHPE, MME, or PhD in Medical Education recognized by PM&DC.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in modern curriculum design, outcome-based medical education, faculty development workshops, integrated modular examinations, and academic quality assurance.

Eligibility Requirements

• Candidates must meet all current PM&DC and regulatory authority criteria for medical college faculty.
• Executive remuneration package, official vehicle, and housing facilitation will be offered to the selected candidate.
