Pearl Solutions is hiring an Odoo ERP Trainer to conduct practical training sessions for clients, new team members, and certification students in Lahore. The role focuses on teaching core Odoo functional modules, creating course exercises, and helping learners apply ERP workflows to real business scenarios.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured training sessions across core Odoo modules.
• Create practical training materials, documentation, and hands-on exercises.
• Evaluate trainee progress, review exercises, and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead implementation workshops for corporate clients, internal onboarding, and candidates preparing for certification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 1 to 2 years of practical experience with Odoo or ERP training.
• Solid understanding of standard Odoo functional modules and business processes.
• Clear presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical workflows simply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Official Odoo certification.
• Experience creating written tutorials, guides, or online training materials.
• Familiarity with Google Ads or digital marketing tools.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills during ERP walkthroughs.
