Required Qualification: PHA Foundation (PHAF) is a State-Owned Enterprise of the Government of Pakistan, established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 with the mandate to promote, facilitate and regulate affordable housing schemes and urban development projects across Pakistan. PHAF invites applications from suitably qualified, proactive and dynamic professionals for the position of Full time Chief Executive Officer (CEO), in accordance with State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023, State Owned Enterprise (C-Level Appointments) Guidelines 2024 issued by the Central Monitoring Unit (CMU), Finance Division and the Public Sector Companies (CEO Appointment) Guidelines, 2015. The candidate should possess: i. Demonstrated experience of providing vision, leading and managing multiple teams of top professionals and delivering concrete and measurable results in a demanding corporate environment; and ii. Demonstrated experience of evaluating and applying emerging technologies to transform businesses and deliver sustainable competitive advantage; and iii. Strong and proven past experience of large scale project management and supervision; and iv. Good interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and listening) along with being a team builder. Joining
