Vacant Positions

• Assistant Manager (01 Post):
  • Qualification: Master Degree or 16 years of education in Health Administration, Healthcare Management, MBA, or related discipline from an HEC recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative or management experience in a reputable tertiary healthcare facility.
  • Core Responsibilities: Operational oversight, hospital workflow optimization, cross-functional coordination, and administrative reporting.
• Infection Preventionist (07 Posts):
  • Qualification: BS Nursing, MBBS, or Pharm-D from an accredited institution with valid council registration (PNC, PMDC, or Pharmacy Council). Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or specialized hospital epidemiology training is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of clinical or infection prevention experience in an advanced hospital setting.
  • Core Responsibilities: Hospital-acquired infection surveillance, disinfection and sterilization auditing, infection outbreak monitoring, and staff hygiene training.
