Available Positions and Job Specifications

1. Assistant Manager Infection Prevention and Control - 01 Position

• Educational Qualification: MBBS, MSN, BSN, Post RN, or Bachelor with Honours or Masters in Clinical Microbiology from an HEC recognized university, along with a recognized Certificate or Diploma in Infection Prevention and Control IPC.
• Experience: Minimum four years of post-qualification experience in hospital infection prevention and control protocols.
• Key Role: Oversee hospital-wide surveillance of healthcare-associated infections, design antimicrobial stewardship and disinfection workflows, supervise clinical audit teams, and ensure stringent compliance with international transplant safety standards.

2. Infection Preventionist IP - 07 Positions

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor with Honours or Masters in Clinical Microbiology, BSN, or Post RN from an accredited university. Candidates holding a Certificate or Diploma in Infection Prevention and Control will be given preference.
• Mandatory License: Valid Allied Health Professionals Council AHPC or Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council PNMC license is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum one year of post-qualification experience in clinical inpatient settings, preferably in hospital infection control and sterile processing.
• Key Role: Conduct routine infection control rounds across intensive care units ICUs, operation theaters, and transplant wards; monitor hand hygiene compliance; track environmental culturing; and report microbiological surveillance data.
