Required Qualification: Terms of Reference / Job Description MEMBER (IMPLEMENTATION & MONITORING) Prepare Monitoring and Evaluation framework, strategy and system/dashboard in consultation with stakeholders for effective Monitoring and Evaluation of public sector projects, programmes and investments. Monitoring and review of major development projects, analyse project progress, identify bottlenecks and propose remedial measures for their removal, and ensure removal of bottlenecks in consultation with stakeholders. Provide evidence-based valuable guidelines, instructions and feedback to implementing agencies for timely completion of the projects and programmes. Update CDWP, ECNEC and Planning Commission on implementation status of development projects and programmes on evidence-based monitoring data and propose recommendations for timely completion of the projects and programmes. Undertake analysis of project inputs, outputs, outcomes and impact against the planned targets while evaluating PC-IV and PC-V of the projects and programmes and propose sustainability mechanism for initiatives completed under completed projects and programmes. Maintain assets registry of the closed projects and programmes and propose measures for their proper maintenance and effective utilization. Participate in CDWP and ECNEC meetings and facilitate forums in approval process of development projects and programmes on the basis of lessons learnt from similar projects and programmes approval process. Preparation of implementation plan for monitoring and evaluation of short, medium and long-term development plan. Any other assignment assigned by the Prime Minister, Minister for Planning, DCPC and Secretary PD&SI.
