• Head Agri and SME Lending: Master / MBA / BBA (Hons) with minimum 10 years experience in agricultural financing and SME portfolio management (1 Post).
• Regional Operations Head: Master / Graduation with 8 years branch banking and operational audit experience (2 Posts).
• Unit Manager RMU (Remedial Management): Master / MBA in Finance with 5 to 7 years in NPL recovery and dispute settlement (1 Post).
• Unit Manager SME Lending: 5+ years experience in SME appraisal and credit monitoring (1 Post).
• Manager Analytics: Master / BS in Data Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science with credit risk modeling experience (1 Post).
• Branch Operations Manager (BOM): Graduation / Master with 5 years branch banking experience (6 Posts).
• Officer Remedial Management Unit (RMU): Graduation with 3 years recovery handling experience (5 Posts).
• Recovery Officer: Graduation / Intermediate with field recovery and loan verification experience (6 Posts).
