Procurement Specialist (01 Position) |
Education: • Master's degree/Post-graduate qualification (at least 16 years of education) in a relevant discipline (e.g., procurement, law, business administration, supply chain management, economics, engineering/IT or related field) from a reputable local or foreign institution. • A diploma/degree in procurement management is preferred. Experience: • Minimum 15 years total post-qualification experience. • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement practices, specifically with consulting services and goods. • Minimum 3 years verifiable experience as a Procurement Specialist/Expert/Manager (or equivalent) in a government organization/entity, donor agency, or development bank. Skills & Knowledge: • Excellent knowledge of PPRA rules, and legislation of international financial institutions/donor agencies. • Sound knowledge of ADB/WB Procurement/CMS and STEP activities Guidelines, Policies, and Regulations. • Hands-on experience with E-Procurement (e-PADS, STEP, and electronic domains). • Familiarity with Government structures, operations, and procedures. • Excellent command of the MS Office suite. • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. |
