Statutory Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
1. Professor (BS-21): Ph.D. in Education from an HEC recognized institution + 15 years teaching/research experience (or 10 years Post-Ph.D.) + 15 research publications (at least 5 in last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals.
2. Associate Professor (BS-20): Ph.D. in Education from an HEC recognized institution + 10 years teaching/research experience (or 5 years Post-Ph.D.) + 10 research publications (at least 4 in last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals.
3. Assistant Professor (BS-19): Ph.D. in Education from an HEC recognized institution/university.
4. Lecturer (BS-18): First Class MS/M.Phil degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant subject from an HEC recognized institution with no 3rd division in the academic career.
