The Government of the Punjab, Environment Protection and Climate Change Department (EPCCD) invites online applications from eligible candidates having Punjab domicile for appointment on a contract basis under the ADP Scheme "Implementation of Initiatives of Plastic Management Strategy and Single-Use Plastics Regulations (DLI-4, PGDP, World Bank)" within the Plastic Management Cell at Lahore.

- Team Lead: 01 Post (Contract-based initially until 30-06-2027, extendable)
- Full Stack Development Manager: 01 Post (Contract-based initially until 30-06-2027, extendable)
Eligibility Criteria and Project Terms
Educational Qualification: Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant discipline from an HEC recognized university.
Experience: 5 to 8 years hands-on professional experience in software project leadership, full stack architecture, database management, and cloud deployments.
Contract Period: Contract-based initially until 30 June 2027, with further extension based on project performance.
Location: Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit, EPCCD Punjab, Lahore.
