RSF Soft is seeking a dedicated and result-driven Junior SEO Executive (Guest Posting Expert) with a focus on Off-Page SEO to strengthen its dynamic digital marketing team in Gulberg III, Lahore.

Role Overview:

This is an on-site position based in Gulberg III, Lahore with a Monday to Friday schedule. The ideal candidate excels in executing guest posting campaigns, managing Web 2.0 and profile creations, and conducting effective link-building activities using white-hat techniques. The Junior SEO Executive will contribute to enhancing the online presence and organic rankings of client websites by leveraging modern SEO tools and maintaining accurate performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive guest posting campaigns to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks for client websites.
• Create and manage various SEO profiles including Web 2.0 properties, high-authority directories, and business citations to boost link diversity and domain authority.
• Conduct detailed competitor backlink research using Ahrefs and SEMrush to identify new link-building opportunities.
• Perform web 2.0 and directory submissions ensuring all content strictly meets white-hat SEO standards.
• Maintain and update comprehensive SEO reports regularly using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, tracking metrics and campaign milestones.
• Assist with blogger outreach activities to establish enduring relationships with guest posting publishers and webmasters.
• Ensure all link-building activities comply with search engine guidelines and contribute to sustainable organic ranking growth.
• Collaborate with the wider digital marketing team to align off-page SEO efforts with overarching marketing goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of practical off-page SEO and outreach experience.
• Working knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for tracking and outreach documentation.
• Strong English written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with high commitment to quality white-hat execution.
