Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Manager role based in Karachi Division. The HVAC Manager will oversee the planning, installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with relevant standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising technical teams, coordinating with plumbing and other civil services, scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, and managing contractors and suppliers.

The role includes monitoring system performance, troubleshooting complex issues, preparing reports and documentation, and optimizing energy usage and lifecycle costs. The HVAC Manager will also collaborate with project managers and customer-facing teams to support client requirements, contribute to bids and proposals, and ensure that service delivery aligns with company quality and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, including installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of plumbing and related building services sufficient to coordinate multidisciplinary projects effectively.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction, with experience in customer service and managing client expectations on-site.
• Background in sales or service-oriented environments, with the ability to support business development and project proposals.
• Experience managing technical teams, contractors, and vendors in commercial or industrial settings.
• Understanding of relevant safety standards, quality management systems, and best practices in HVAC and facility management.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field; professional certifications in HVAC are an advantage.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management tools, basic MS Office, and reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in remote and challenging environments when required.
