Role Description

The Senior Business Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Faisalabad. This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying growth areas for Corvit Systems FSD’s training and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, managing lead pipelines, coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, and preparing proposals and presentations. The role also involves overseeing customer service standards, monitoring performance against business objectives, and contributing to strategic planning to strengthen the organization’s market presence.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate markets, business performance, and growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Proven lead generation experience and the ability to manage and convert a sales pipeline effectively.
• Solid market research skills to assess trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Customer service competence to ensure a positive client experience and long-term relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or corporate partnerships, preferably in IT or education/training sectors.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets ethically, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting; familiarity with digital marketing concepts is beneficial.
