Job Summary

Senior Relationship Manager Priority Banking is responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet the Bank's strategic objectives. Provide exceptional customer service with the provision of financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire New to Bank Priority Qualified Clients
• Provide service to the clients from the assigned portfolio such as dormancy removal, service requests etc
• Cross-sell products to the clients post clients need identification
• Increase Wealth Management Penetration in the assigned portfolio by adding New to Wealth Clients
• Migrate clients to digital channels for regular banking transactions
• Consume and convert the assigned leads
• Maintain Client Contact as per prescribed contact guidelines
• Implement Client Journey interventions for Priority

Skills And Experience

• Experience managing Affluent/Priority/HNI client relationships.
• Strong client acquisition, portfolio growth and relationship management skills.
• Experience in deposits, wealth/investment solutions and needs-based selling.
• Ability to deepen relationships, retain clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance and client suitability requirements.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• 6-10 years relevant banking experience
