Job Overview
The Planning and Development Department, Government of Sindh (Research and Training Wing) invites online applications from eligible candidates holding Sindh domicile for the post of Junior Clerk (BPS-11) on regular basis.
Position Details
- Position: Junior Clerk
- Pay Scale: Basic Pay Scale 11 (BPS-11)
- Number of Posts: 01 (Open Merit)
- Place of Posting: Karachi
- Eligibility Criterion: Candidates who appeared in the STS (SIBA Testing Services) General Screening Test (Intermediate Category) and secured 40% and above marks.
- Academic Qualification: Intermediate (2nd Division) from a recognized Board of Intermediate Education.
- Technical Requirement: Minimum computer typing speed of 30 words per minute.
Age Limit
18 to 28 years. General age relaxation is permissible as per the prevailing policy and notifications of the Government of Sindh.

Eligible candidates who have secured at least 40% marks in the STS General Screening Test (Intermediate Category) must submit their applications online through the Sindh Job Portal at https://sjp.gos.pk within 15 days of advertisement publication. The closing date is 03 October 2026. Applications received by hand or courier will not be considered.
