Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP experience and hands-on exposure to Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, quality, and budget.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall professional experience in IT/Project Management
• 3–5 years of experience specifically in SCM implementation projects
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations
• Proven experience managing end-to-end ERP/SCM implementation projects
• Experience coordinating business, functional, technical, vendor, and implementation teams
• Strong experience in project planning, scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Experience managing requirements gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and go-live
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing implementation partners and vendors
• Experience with project governance, reporting, and stakeholder/steering committee meetings

Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred
• Experience with large-scale or enterprise ERP implementations
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and implementation partners

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget. They are responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and managing relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Requirements and Skills

Candidates must have over 10 years of professional IT/Project Management experience, including 3-5 years specifically in SCM implementation. Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and proficiency in various delivery methodologies like Agile or Waterfall are required.
