We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP experience and hands-on exposure to Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, quality, and budget.Requirements
- 10+ years of overall professional experience in IT/Project Management
- 3–5 years of experience specifically in SCM implementation projects
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations
- Proven experience managing end-to-end ERP/SCM implementation projects
- Experience coordinating business, functional, technical, vendor, and implementation teams
- Strong experience in project planning, scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Experience managing requirements gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and go-live
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing implementation partners and vendors
- Experience with project governance, reporting, and stakeholder/steering committee meetings
Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred
- Experience with large-scale or enterprise ERP implementations
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and implementation partners
Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget. They are responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and managing relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Requirements and Skills
