Role Description

The Territory Sales Officer role at Dari Mooch is a full-time, hybrid position based in Faisalabad, with a combination of on-site market work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing territory sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and channel partners, and ensuring product availability across assigned outlets. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance against targets, and identifying growth opportunities within the territory. The Territory Sales Officer will collaborate with internal teams to support promotions, gather market feedback, and maintain accurate sales and distribution reports.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive territory performance and meet targets.
• Candidates should possess skills in Distribution Management and Channel Sales to effectively manage partners and ensure market coverage.
• Candidates should possess Business acumen to analyze market trends, optimize pricing, and support strategic decision-making.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in basic reporting and use of digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking systems).
• Relevant experience in FMCG, retail, or grooming/personal care sectors is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to travel within the territory and manage fieldwork in Faisalabad is required.
