Tribal Areas Electricity Supply Company (TESCO)
invites applications from highly qualified legal professionals for the position ofDeputy Director Legal (BPS-18)
on a contract/regular basis at TESCO Headquarters, Peshawar.Key Responsibilities:
- Representing TESCO before the High Court, lower courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies including NEPRA.
- Drafting and vetting power purchase agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and tenders.
- Providing expert legal counsel to the Board of Directors and executive management on labor, constitutional, and commercial matters.
- Managing company litigation, brief preparation, and coordination with panel advocates.
Candidates must hold High Court enrollment with the Bar Council and have demonstrated background in corporate energy litigation.
