Tesco Deputy Director Legal

Tribal Areas Electricity Supply Company (TESCO) invites applications from highly qualified legal professionals for the position of Deputy Director Legal (BPS-18) on a contract/regular basis at TESCO Headquarters, Peshawar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Representing TESCO before the High Court, lower courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies including NEPRA.
• Drafting and vetting power purchase agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and tenders.
• Providing expert legal counsel to the Board of Directors and executive management on labor, constitutional, and commercial matters.
• Managing company litigation, brief preparation, and coordination with panel advocates.

Candidates must hold High Court enrollment with the Bar Council and have demonstrated background in corporate energy litigation.
