Criteria Options (a, b, or c):
Option a: PhD in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics from an HEC-recognized university AND 8 years' post-qualification experience of BPS-17 & above (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
Option b: MS or MPhil in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics (or equivalent 18 years' education in Accounts & Audit) AND 10 years' post-qualification experience of BPS-17 & above (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
Option c: MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, ACMA, or MSc (Economics) (or equivalent 16 years' education, at least 2nd division) AND 12 years' post-qualification experience of BPS-17 & above (or equivalent) in a relevant field.

Criteria for Appointment: Graduate of a recognized University with high academic attainments combined with administrative experience.
3. Controller of Examinations (BS-20)

Criteria for Appointment: 10 years' experience of educational administration in a Class-I post or an equivalent post.
Criteria for Appointment: PhD/Master's degree in any relevant discipline with knowledge of QA. Requires a minimum experience of 5 years (with at least 2 years in a relevant field), preferably in Quality Assurance and Quality Management.
Qualifications Required: Ranges from Graduation/Masters up to PhD, MS, MPhil, or Professional Accounting credentials (ACCA/ACMA) depending entirely on the target post.
Experience Required: From 5 years (for Director QEC) up to 12 years of specialized administrative/financial executive experience (for Treasurer/Controller). Experience must be authenticated via certificates issued by the employer's HR Department. Teaching/research experience is explicitly excluded for these administrative tracks.
Salary Scales: Fixed structurally under the Government Basic Pay Scale BS-20 framework along with designated high-tier allowances.
Testing / Selection Process: Initial shortlisting will follow procedures laid down by the University. No written test is specified; only shortlisted candidates will be explicitly called for an interview. No TA/DA will be paid.
