At Troika, We're looking for a Senior Creative Manager to lead the creative charge, someone who turns ideas into visually compelling narratives, from pitch decks to large-scale experiential concepts.

What you'll do:

• Own the creative vision across campaigns, from conceptualization to execution
• Transform briefs and business objectives into bold creative concepts
• Craft immersive brand experiences, high-impact presentations, and standout storytelling
• Collaborate closely with our Creative & PR team to build winning pitch decks
• Drive creative direction and client servicing across diverse industries

What we're looking for:

• 3-5+ years in brand marketing, creative strategy, content, or a similar role
• Strong expertise in creative strategy, storytelling, and scriptwriting
• Ability to turn a brief into a strong creative concept and campaign
• Excellent understanding of influencer content and video-first marketing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Highly creative, proactive, and able to take ownership from idea to execution

Key Responsibilities
