We’re looking for a
Meta & Google Ads Specialist
to join our marketing team.You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, monitoring, and improving paid advertising campaigns across
Meta Ads and Google Ads
. We’re looking for someone who understands how paid campaigns work in practice and can use performance data to make informed decisions.Responsibilities
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns on
Meta and Google Ads
- Set up and monitor campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets, and targeting
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics
- Conduct audience and keyword research where relevant
- Test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign approaches
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate campaign results
- Work with the wider marketing team on campaign goals and creative requirements
- Practical experience with
Meta Ads Manager
- Practical experience with
Google Ads
- Understanding of campaign optimization, targeting, bidding, and budget management
- Ability to read and interpret advertising performance data
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and analytics is an advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in an
on-site team environment
