Job Details

We’re looking for a Meta & Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team.

You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, monitoring, and improving paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. We’re looking for someone who understands how paid campaigns work in practice and can use performance data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
• Set up and monitor campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets, and targeting
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics
• Conduct audience and keyword research where relevant
• Test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign approaches
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate campaign results
• Work with the wider marketing team on campaign goals and creative requirements

• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Practical experience with Google Ads
• Understanding of campaign optimization, targeting, bidding, and budget management
• Ability to read and interpret advertising performance data
• Familiarity with conversion tracking and analytics is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in an on-site team environment
