Step 2: Hard Copy Submission

After online submission, applicants must submit a duly signed complete dossier comprising the printed online application form and attested copies of all educational documents (degrees, transcripts/DMCs), publications, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, and NOC (if applicable).

Fee: The processing fee must be deposited using the auto-generated challan form, and the original receipt must be attached to the hard copy.

Dossier Sets: Candidates for Professor and Associate Professor must provide three (03) complete sets of the dossier. All other positions require one (01) complete set.

Hard copies must reach the Office of the Registrar via courier service no later than 30.06.2026.

Envelope: The name of the post applied for must be clearly written on the top right corner of the envelope.
