Senior Accounts & Finance Executive
to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations.This role requires strong hands-on expertise across VAT calculations, tax reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash-flow management, financial reconciliations, reporting, and overall financial compliance. We are looking for someone who can independently manage core accounting functions and maintain accurate, organized financial records.
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Handle
VAT calculations, VAT records, and tax reconciliations
. - Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoices, payments, collections, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Manage payroll processing, employee payments, and reimbursements.
- Monitor and manage company
cash flow, payments, and cash requirements
. - Prepare invoices, quotations, financial statements, reports, and management summaries.
- Handle tax filings, compliance requirements, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper recording and classification.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Prepare documentation and coordinate with auditors when required.
- Identify discrepancies, resolve accounting issues, and maintain strong financial controls.
- Ensure all financial records and reporting are accurate, complete, and up to date
Accounting, Finance, or a related field
.3+ years of relevant hands-on accounting and finance experience
.VAT, taxation, and tax reconciliation
.AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and cash-flow management
.Excel
and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.How to Apply
