Venus Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Inventory Control (FMCG)to join our team in Lahore.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Manager – Inventory Control/Supply Chain to oversee inventory accuracy, stock management, warehouse coordination, and inventory control processes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in inventory management, ERP systems, stock reconciliation, and team supervision.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor overall inventory control operations.
- Oversee end-to-end Supply Chain and Inventory Control processes
- Ensure accurate recording and tracking of stock movements, receipts, issues, transfers, and dispatches.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
- Reconcile physical inventory with ERP/system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels, slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory.
- Ensure proper implementation of inventory control policies, SOPs, and procedures.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor GRNs, stock transfers, adjustments, and other inventory documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and analysis for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and reduce stock losses.
- Supervise, train, and manage inventory/warehouse staff.
- Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space and inventory organization.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in inventory control, warehouse, or supply chain management, including managerial/supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/inventory management systems.
- Strong command of MS Excel and inventory reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in FMCG, food will be preferred.
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Work Mode: In-person
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
