WE ARE HIRING – LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

VSCO Tek Pvt. Ltd

. is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in POS (Point of Sale) sales.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business customers, generating qualified leads, and scheduling opportunities for our POS sales team.

Work Details

Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Work Type: On-site

Location: Bahdurahbad, Karachi

Key Responsibilities

• Generate 40–50 qualified leads per month.
• Identify businesses that have a potential need for POS systems and related solutions.
• Conduct lead generation through

  cold calling, online research, LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels

  .
• Contact business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Understand the prospect's business and identify their POS requirements.
• Qualify prospects based on their business needs, current POS system, budget, purchasing timeline, and decision-making authority.
• Provide complete and accurate lead information to the sales team.
• Schedule qualified appointments/demos for POS sales representatives.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM/database.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active pipeline.
• Work closely with the POS sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Requirements

• Previous experience in POS sales or POS lead generation is required.
• Proven experience generating and qualifying B2B leads.
• Strong understanding of the POS industry and retail/business operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting.
• Ability to communicate with business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience with CRM systems and lead-management tools is preferred.
• Strong research, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to achieve monthly lead-generation targets.

Performance Target

The successful candidate will be expected to consistently generate 40–50 qualified leads per month that meet the company's defined qualification criteria.
