Job Details

We’re looking for a dedicated Link Builder to grow our website’s authority and search visibility through strategic, high-quality backlink acquisition. You’ll focus on outreach, relationship building, and executing white-hat link-building campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and execute link-building opportunities: guest posting, blogger outreach, directory submissions, broken link building, resource page link building, and HARO/journalist requests
• Build and maintain relationships with bloggers, webmasters, journalists, and site owners for backlink acquisition
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify gaps and new opportunities
• Monitor and audit the existing backlink profile; identify and disavow toxic/spammy links
• Track link-building campaign performance (referring domains, domain authority/rating, traffic impact)
• Maintain an organized pipeline/tracker of outreach prospects, responses, and placed links
• Stay updated on link-building trends, Google algorithm updates, and white-hat vs. black-hat practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

  in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (required)

• Minimum 1 year

  of hands-on link-building experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Proven experience with outreach campaigns and guest posting
• Familiarity with tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Understanding of white-hat link-building practices and Google’s link guidelines
