.Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Outbound calls to potential Zong customers
- Promote telecom products and services in a professional, persuasive manner
- Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs
- Maintain call quality and update CRM systems accurately
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: Below 28 years
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (BA) Completed
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in
Urdu
- Experience: Call Center Outbound experience is
mandatory
Technical Requirements (for WFH):
- Stable internet connection
- Laptop/Desktop & Smartphone
- Power backup (UPS/Inverter)
- Quiet and dedicated workspace
