Duration: 3-month internship, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance

Stipend: Rs 35,000 per month during internship

Location: Onsite, 4th Floor, Usman Plaza, Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the RoleThis is a growth-track internship for fresh graduates looking to build a real career in business development. This is not just a short-term internship, strong performers will be considered for a full-time Business Development Associate position at the end of the internship period. You will work closely with the business development team to learn how a digital marketing agency identifies, pitches, and secures clients, with the goal of becoming a core part of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching potential clients that fit the agency's target profile
• Support the team in writing and refining sales proposals and pitches
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
• Help maintain and update the lead pipeline and outreach tracker
• Learn how to communicate value and handle client conversations professionally
• Support contract negotiations and client onboarding processes under supervision

• Real-world business growth practices at a digital marketing agency

• Bachelor's degree completed (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• No prior professional experience required

Key Responsibilities

The associate will assist in identifying and researching potential clients while supporting the team in drafting sales proposals and pitches. They will also help maintain the lead pipeline and learn to manage client onboarding and contract negotiations.

Requirements and Skills
