Anti Narcotics Force Special Prosecutor Islamabad

Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) Regional Directorate North invites applications from energetic, dedicated, and hardworking advocates on a contract basis as Special Prosecutor (SPP) for contesting Narcotics Cases and Assets Cases (preferably AMLA Cases) of ANF before Special Courts (CNS, Anti-Smuggling Court, High Court, and Appellate Court).

Position Details and Place of Duty

• Designation: Special Prosecutor (SPP)
• Number of Posts: 01
• Place of Duty: Special Court (CNS) Rawalpindi & Islamabad
• Remuneration: Attractive retainership fee will be offered, which is mutually negotiable.

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must be a citizen of Pakistan.
• The candidate shall be practicing as an advocate in CNS Courts; however, preference will be given to candidates having proven experience of contesting cases in High Courts.
• The candidate shall have experience in contesting Criminal and Narcotics cases in Trial Courts, High Courts, and Service Matters, and must have handled at least 5 white-collar crime cases.
• Must be a valid member of the High Court Bar Association.
• The candidate must possess an unblemished professional record, with no convictions of moral turpitude, dismissal from government services, or insolvency.
• Advocates who previously worked with the department and were terminated or resigned are not eligible.
