Customer Support Assistant

to join our team and assist customers using our ERP, accounting, inventory, and business management software.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to assist customers with their day-to-day software needs.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of computers, software, and common business applications.
• Ability to assist customers with software usage, basic troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
• Familiarity with ERP, accounting, inventory, or business management software will be an advantage.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the support and development teams.
• Candidates with a background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
• Previous customer support or software support experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with general inquiries and day-to-day software usage.
• Provide basic support for Cystence ERP and business management software.
• Guide customers through software features and processes.
• Help identify and report software issues to the relevant team.
• Maintain proper records of customer inquiries and support requests.
• Coordinate with the technical and product teams when required.
• Support customer onboarding and assist with basic software training.
• Ensure a professional, friendly, and positive customer experience.
