At Eureka Harbor, we own and operate two fragrance brands across international markets.Eternal Perfume Oils in the US and Verve Fragrances in the UK. We’re looking for a Finance Officer who can help us keep a clear, accurate view of the numbers behind our growing operations.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔’𝐋𝐋 𝐁𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐑

• Managing and tracking brand-level income and expenses

• Monitoring cash flow and financial transactions

• Preparing P&L statements and regular financial reports

• Tracking COGS, operating expenses, payments and other business costs

• Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations

• Reviewing financial data and identifying discrepancies

• Providing financial summaries and insights to management

• Supporting financial reporting for our US and UK operations

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄’𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Previous experience in accounting/finance, preferably within e-commerce or international businesses atleast 5yrs

• Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, COGS, expenses and financial reporting

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Strong organisational and analytical skills

• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
