Job Overview

The High Court of Balochistan, Quetta (Office of the Registrar) has announced the official written test, shorthand, typing, and practical interview schedule (PRQ No. 1454) for recruitment to various clerical and technical positions across the provincial judicial administration.

Vacancies and Pay Scales

• Stenographer (BPS-16): Bachelor degree from a recognized university with shorthand speed of 100 w.p.m. and computer typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
• Steno Typist (BPS-13): Intermediate qualification with shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m. and computer typing speed of 35 w.p.m.
• Assistant Computer Operator (BPS-13): Intermediate or BCS with certified diploma in Information Technology and MS Office proficiency.
• CCTV Technician (BPS-14): DAE in Electronics or certified technical training with 2 years practical experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Data Entry Operator (BPS-13): Intermediate with minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m. and computer literacy.

Test and Interview Schedule

The examinations will be held between 28 September 2026 and 06 October 2026 at the High Court building in Quetta. Government pay scales and standard provincial allowances apply.

Candidates who have applied for these positions are instructed to report to the Examination Center at High Court of Balochistan, Hali Road, Quetta according to their roll number schedule starting from 28 September to 06 October 2026. Candidates must bring their original CNIC, educational testimonials, and official roll number slips.
