Mindwhiz is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive lead generation, conversions, and business growth. This role requires a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in managing and scaling high-performing advertising campaigns.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

  • Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

 • Develop and optimize lead generation, conversion, and retargeting campaigns.

 • Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to improve campaign performance.

 • Manage advertising budgets effectively while maximizing ROI, ROAS, and lead quality.

 • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify growth opportunities.

 • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.

 • Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and campaigns.

 • Implement and manage tracking tools, pixels, and analytics platforms to ensure accurate campaign measurement.

 • Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

 • Continuously test and refine marketing strategies to improve campaign efficiency and business outcomes.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

 • Bachelor's degree in BBA (Marketing), Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field.

 • 3–5 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing.

 • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

 • Strong understanding of paid media strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.

 • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

 • Strong skills in lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and ROI improvement.

 • Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

 • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

 • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

 • Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing certifications.

 • Experience with landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

 • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms.

 • Experience managing B2B lead generation campaigns.
