Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field is mandatory.

  Master’s degree

  will be preferred.
• Currently working in a Settlement & Reconciliation role (preferably in a Bank, EMI, or Microfinance Bank).
• Hands-on experience with

  RAAST

  ,

  1-Link

  , and

  RTGS/Clearing

  processes.
• Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, account entries, and voucher preparation

Key Responsibilities

• Settlement Management: Handle daily settlements for

  RAAST P2P

  and

  1-Link

  (Paypak,ATM, IBFT, Bill Payments) ensuring zero-lag in the process.
• Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of internal systems with clearing reports (1-Link, SBP RAAST portal).
• Transaction Cycle: Maintain a deep understanding of the transaction lifecycle to identify and resolve any stuck or failed payments.
• System Knowledge: Utilize core banking/payment systems to monitor real-time settlement flows.
• Accounting & Vouchers: Prepare accurate accounting entries and generate Bank Payment/Receipt Vouchers and Journal Vouchers (JV) for all settlement activities.
• Clearing & RTGS: Manage the clearing process and ensure timely transfers for high-value interbank settlements.
• Dispute Handling: Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve settlement discrepancies and follow up on outstanding items.
